Having recently placed my dogs in your boarding kennels I had to write and say a heart felt thank you to you and your staff, On our arrival your staff where extremely helpful and reassured me that my boys would be well taken care of, they answered all my questions and gave me a tour of the kennels which I must say where very well maintained and spacious. It was nice to see that both my boys would be able to stay together in one kennel and still have plenty of room. When I collected the boys they almost seemed reluctant to leave, I will have no hesitation in recommending your establishment to friends and collegues alike. Once again many thanks to you and your staff.

I just wanted to say thankyou for giving Troy such an enjoyable stay with you at the kenels. The atmosphere at the kennels is relaxed yet the care given to the dogs is first class (not the case in many boarding kennels). So I didn't think twice about leaving Troy in your care. Assured the supplements and food he has, would have been given to him no question which was importtant for me. See you all again soon.

Having attended many different dog training courses over the years with previous dogs I can honestly say that Newbury Lodge is the most effective
and enjoyable for both myself and my dog. Their style is informative, practical and enjoyable developing immediate trust from both of us. Whilst
I was delighted that Lily and I achieved both our bronze and silver awards it is the transformation of our lives that I most appreciate. Both at home
and when out Lily is now responsive and obedient, particularly important with a large dog, and I now enjoy walking her !

Thank you for your time and expertise on Thursday; we both felt that the visit was informative and well worth the expense.
Thank you also for the copious documentation which I will delve through this week. I will keep you abreast of my progress with Bella (and the other dogs) over the coming weeks / months. With regard to the service you provided us; I especially felt that it was very thorough, informative and most interesting. It is very obvious that you both have an in-depth knowledge of the dog psyche and you exhibited a genuine interest / concern in assisting us with our issues. I would certainly recommend Newbury Lodge.

Thank you SO much for sharing these photos! They are lovely! They both look like they're having lots of fun - though Jack needs to beat Bill to the ball every now and then!
hanks again for the photos and for playing with the boys - they came back home very happy and rested. And they're back again on Thursday for more pampering!
